Elevate

Lifemark’s Elevate program helps facilitate the development of a skilled workforce through customized employment supports and access to the Centre4Work Resource Centre. We will work with you to make a customized plan to help you with your educational or employment goals. The Elevate program offers targeted pre-employment and job placement support for those who require additional assistance to become employment-ready and achieve sustainable employment. Lifemark is able to offer this service to eligible participants at no cost.

Are you eligible?

You may be eligible for enrollment if you:

• Are a resident of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB)
• Are unemployed, underemployed, or marginally employed
• Are able to work and train in Canada

Program details

• Programming is customizable: 12 to 24 weeks of services available in-person or virtually
• Career and employment workshops
• Employment specific certifications available (eg. First aid, software training, safety certifications, etc.)
• Connection to education and employment opportunities
• Access to innovative services such as Lifemark’s Centre4Work Resource Centre, Clothing Closet, Community Pantry, Virtual Career Centre, and more
• International Qualification Assessment Service (IQAS) available
• Services available in English and French
