About us

Lifemark provides a comprehensive range of vocational services throughout Alberta and across Canada. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a belief that access to the right skills and opportunities enables individuals to achieve meaningful, self-directed employment.

We offer a full continuum of services including from assessment, planning, intervention to follow-up & support to some of the most vulnerable Canadians.

Through creative and flexible programming, we have become a leader in delivering quality services and achieving superior performance outcomes. By leveraging AI-driven technology for job matching, labour market intelligence, and skills gap analysis, Lifemark delivers timely, defensible reporting and measurable outcomes for funders and participants.

Extensive employer relations and industry partnerships

We maintain an extensive network of employer relationships, and partner with industry leaders to facilitate recruitment by offering access to a pool of qualified candidates to fill job openings.

Many of our programs offer wage contributions and training on various job opportunities to offset the costs of recruitment and training for employers. Lifemark can assist with the screening and hiring process.

Working in partnership with provincial and federal governments, Workers’ Compensation Boards, insurers, employers, and other stakeholders, Lifemark is recognized as a national leader in delivering innovative, high-quality vocational services that drive meaningful employment outcomes.
