About Lifemark Path to Possible program
Path to Possible helps individuals prepare for employment through practical, hands-on support tailored to their needs. The program includes work simulations, one-on-one career coaching, and work experience opportunities in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Participants also receive ongoing support after securing employment or starting training, helping them stay employed, grow their skills, and plan next career steps.

Who is eligible for the Path to Possible program?
You may be eligible if you:
- Live in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Are legally able to work in Canada
- Are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or convention refugee
- Are unemployed or marginally employed
- Experience one or more barriers to employment
This program may be suitable for:
- Income Support recipients
- Recipients of AISH or ADAP
- Individuals who identify with physical, sensory, cognitive, or developmental disabilities
- Newcomers and internationally trained professionals
