Talent In-Sight

Lifemark has designed Talent In-Sight to support employers in addressing skill shortages, filling job vacancies, increasing retention, accessing resources, and developing a skilled and resilient workforce. Lifemark provides coaching and mentoring to employers, and connects them to tools and resources based on unique needs. Employers will receive customizable services and be connected to a Labour Market Coordinator.

Are you eligible?

Your organization may be eligible for this program if you are a:

• Profit business
• Non-profit business and/or organization or social agency
• Health or education provider (public and private)
• Local planning group and/or community action group
• Charitable foundation
• First Nation organization
• Métis organization
• Municipal government

Employer Resource Centre

Employers have access to a fully-equipped resource centre, including work stations and access to a physical and online job board. Employers are connected to services and support based on their needs. Services include:

• Job design services - support in filling job vacancies, reducing turnover, or increasing productivity
• Employment promotion – assistance with posting positions, increasing quality and quantity of applications for vacancies, or expanding methods used to promote openings
• Recruitment support - help screening, assessing candidate suitability, onboarding, and training to support hiring and retaining the right candidate
• Labour market information – assistance with finding, interpreting, and utilizing labour market information to better understand how labour market factors may impact staffing
• Information, tools, and resources - supports related to relevant HR topics such as diversity and inclusion and workplace health and wellness, and connections to relevant programs, grants, or funding
